Director, Ngage NE Ltd
Rachel is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for neurodivergent people and people with learning disabilities in supported living. By establishing Ngage NE Ltd, she has helped create an inclusive community where individuals can connect, develop new skills, explore their creativity and enjoy experiences that enrich their lives.

Mark Butcher
Community & Media Coordinator
Mark is an experienced video producer with a background in broadcast television and a passion for powerful, authentic storytelling. He uses film, podcasting and creative media to give people a voice, celebrate their unique stories and empower neurodivergent individuals to become confident content creators, filmmakers and storytellers.

Our Ngage Leadership Team is made up of people we support who play an active role in shaping the future of our organisation. They help generate ideas, make decisions about new projects and take a hands-on role in planning and delivering many of our events, activities and creative initiatives. Their lived experience and unique perspectives help ensure everything we do is led by the people it is designed to support.

Tracey
Tracey loves a good game of bingo and enjoys keeping active through exercise classes. She has a real passion for directing and filmmaking, where she enjoys bringing creative ideas to life. One of Tracey's biggest ambitions is to work in a café one day, where she hopes to put her friendly personality and enthusiasm to good use.

Neurodiversity is a transformative concept that celebrates the inherent diversity of human neurological conditions and perspectives. Embracing neurodiversity means recognising that our minds are naturally varied and unique. This positive perspective fosters inclusivity, understanding, and acceptance for individuals with different neurological traits, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.
